Software updates & further development
Our new control unit is continuously being developed to provide you with ongoing improvements.
The latest version can be found at https://www.ideal-ake.at/en/software/ and can be transferred via USB stick if needed.
Quicksheet
Already familiar from some device categories, a printed version of the user manual will no longer be included with any devices in the future for sustainability reasons. Instead, a so-called « Quicksheet » will be provided, summarizing the most important topics and featuring a QR code linking to the digital user manual.

New article numbers
With the transition to the new control unit, new article numbers will also be introduced for the following device categories: saladettes, food preparation stations, freezer counters, counters for beverages, cabinets & shelves, refrigerated display cases for meat or cheese and ice cream refrigeration. These will be available along with the new drawing templates in the online product catalog starting April 1st.
