Facelift for saladette and food preparation station

As part of the control unit transition, the saladette and food preparation station device categories are also receiving a facelift!
Saladette IDEAL AKE

The units are now equipped with the new drawer baskets, already known from the new GN refrigerated counter. This means:

  • Optimized 4D air circulation
  • Removable drawer baskets
  • Plug-in shutter crossbars
  • Pull-out defrost water evaporator tray
  • And much more

 

Additionally, the Saladette features an improved lid design, enhancing the device’s handling. When closed, the folding lid and cutting board are flush with the cover. Furthermore, during low-demand periods, the unit can be used in “partial-load mode” by simply opening the cutting board, improving energy efficiency by keeping the main lid closed.
