The Hot Vario® family has grown: We are presenting the new backloader version of the innovative Hot Vario® heated display case with circulating air, which enables easy loading thanks to a door on the operator side.
This version is specially designed for use in self-service areas and offers optimised ergonomics for the kitchen team, as food can be refilled from the rear without disturbing the customer area.

Hotel Jungbrunn
The family-run hotel delights its guests with its personal charm, first-class service and unique atmosphere.
The architecture of the hotel is characterised by high-quality Tyrolean materials sourced from the surrounding natural world. The hotel also sets high standards in catering. We appreciate the trust placed in us and are delighted to be able to contribute to this special project with drinks counters and climate-controlled wine cabinets.

The Adams Bakery exudes a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. This lightness is also reflected in the IDEAL AKE devices used there.
The delicate glass construction of the display cases provides the perfect stage for food. In addition, a gentle air curtain ensures homogenous cooling.
