Numerous visitors from all over the world came to the stand to find out about the latest product developments in the field of refrigerated and heated display cases and to see for themselves the advantages of the equipment.
A crowd puller was the newly developed SUSHI-IN display case. It was specially developed for the storage, preparation and presentation of fresh sushi. A highlight is the refrigerated work surface made of Silestone, which makes the preparation of the raw fish-rice rolls a success. The refrigerated base is optimally designed for the requirements of fish and seafood storage.
Visitors were particularly interested in the FLANTASTIC insulated glass display case. The cake and pie display case offers a high humidity of 85 percent and thus ensures a long shelf life and freshness of the products. Thus, sweet delicacies still convince with their juicy taste and fresh appearance even after several hours.
The self-service display cases of the FOODSTATION series impressed with their high transparency and easy removal thanks to the soft-close system. The good combinability of the modules Hot Flaps, Cold Flaps and Neutral Flaps showed the variety of possible applications.
The « Fresh Preparing » concept was also presented at HOST. A combination of meat presentation, SNACKY combination display case, BACK WALL Impulse refrigerated display case and COMFORT heated display case was on show at the booth. This concept is particularly suitable for the smallest areas where maximum turnover is to be achieved, i.e. for use in butcher’s shops, shopping malls and in transport catering.
