Today, we are happy to announce, that this path of group-wide synergies will additionally be strengthened considerably due to a successful change in the ownership structure.

NordCap becomes new majority shareholder

After sophisticated deliberations, the NordCap Group, being a trusted partner for decades, takes the majority stake in IDEAL Kältetechnik GmbH and thus in AKE Ausseer Kälte- und Edelstahltechnik GmbH. This promising partnership brings intensive industry knowledge and a strong customer perspective to the strategic mindset of the IDEAL AKE Group.

NordCap also is an owner-managed family business with a dedicated management team, which guarantees the sustainable existence and continous success of the IDEAL AKE Group. The connection has already been contracted – and will be legally effective very soon.

The new shareholder structure strengthens the optimization of our processes and further develoment of both of our locations. With a systematic focus on different market needs, new opportunities for the most diverse segments of the food service industry are going to be opened up.
