At the « Alles für den Gast » trade fair, we were able to present some of our latest innovations for the first time – including the UKW Vario Lift, which sets new standards in terms of hygiene thanks to its adjustable height and outstanding ease of cleaning. No competitor on the market offers anything comparable, and we are particularly proud of that!
We also present the backloader version of the Hot Vario and a compact heated display case for quick sales – ideal solutions for your success.

New products at a glance
UKW Vario Lift
If you visited us at the « Alles für den Gast » trade fair in Salzburg, you may already be familiar with our new multifunctional UKW Vario Lift refrigerated well.
The particular advantage of this innovation lies in the electric lift function, which allows the display area to be seamlessly adjusted – from a flat, stone-cooled surface to a recessed, display area with circulating air cooling.
In terms of sustainability, the unit impresses with the use of the environmentally friendly refrigerant propane (R290), making it particularly climate-friendly and energy-efficient.

Hot Vario Backloader
The Hot Vario family has grown: We are presenting the new backloader version of the innovative Hot Vario heated display case with circulating air, which enables easy loading thanks to a door on the operator side.
This version is specially designed for use in self-service areas and offers optimised ergonomics for the kitchen team, as food can be refilled from the rear without disturbing the customer area.
As usual, this variant also impresses with its compact design and versatility – whether as a single table-top module or as a tower solution in which up to four units can be combined on top of each other.

Hot Vario 100
There’s great news for anyone who wants more space in the innovative Hot Vario heated display case: The numerous advantages of the existing Hot Vario – including modularity, innovative circulating air heating technology and versatile accessories – are now also available in the new Hot Vario 100 version.
With almost twice as much space, this version offers even more flexibility for your projects and opens up new possibilities for the optimal presentation of your food.

AWV
Another highlight is our new heated counter-top display (AWV), which was specially developed for the sale of fast-moving items such as meat loaf or sausages.
Thanks to its compact size and easy handling, it is ideal for use in checkout areas at petrol stations, bistros or in food retail. In addition, the universal heated display case is perfect for back areas and temporary storage.

Green Easy Change
We are also pleased to announce an addition to our insulated glass display cases.
As already known from our gastro built-in refrigerated display cases, the Easy Change variant is now also being added to the Green built-in refrigerated display case series. This now offers even more flexibility thanks to the choice of open or closed operation.
Caleo is growing – even more flexibility for the shop centre
The versatile Caleo system unit, which primarily offers solutions for the growth area in the shop centre, is now even more flexible thanks to two new variants.
Green Caleo
The new models in the Green Caleo range impress with insulated side windows and sliding windows at the front, allowing Caleo to be customised even more to your needs.

Caleo Vitrine 142
Another variant is the Caleo Vitrine 142, which has been available for some time. With its open design and stylish glass surround, it is ideal for the Grab & Go area. The design has been adapted so that this module can be placed as the head unit of a Caleo island.
Caleo twinkles with maximum flexibility: Units can be combined to suit requirements and positioned conveniently and flexibly thanks to the castors on each unit.
The large number of extensions means that all meal requirements are covered throughout the day – from breakfast and small snacks to hot meals at lunchtime or in the evening.
