This promising partnership brings intensive industry knowledge and a strong customer perspective to the strategic mindset of the IDEAL AKE Group.<\/p>\n<p>NordCap also is an owner-managed family business with a dedicated management team, which guarantees the sustainable existence and continous success of the IDEAL AKE Group. The connection has already been contracted &#8211; and will be legally effective very soon.<\/p>\n<p>The new shareholder structure strengthens the optimization of our processes and further develoment of both of our locations.
