  • Interior: 1 meat hanging rail and 1 perforated base deck for optimum ventilation; controlled humidification and dehumidification for optimized aging.
  • Continuous storage area: optional with perforated base deck.
  • Energy optimized handling: double wing doors of CNS.
    • Display case: coated fin coil evaporator with circulating air; heater unit for controlled dehumidification and fogger for controlled humidification; optional: power sockets 230 V or 400 V; LED interior lighting for presentation of meat; insulated glass hinged doors.
    • Base: ventilated refrigeration unit and electronic controller mounted in the compressor compartment; fully automatic energy-saving hot gas defrost; condensate drain required on-site!
